Development Plan Drafting and Reviewing¶
Draft the ATAG development plan and conduct a review with Management to finalize the development plan.
Key decision points are:¶
- Should we continue with Allegro Hand for near-term milestone validation, or pivot earlier to Tesollo DG-5F?
- Should a hardware-independent interface be developed now to support both platforms, or deferred until after baseline approval?
- Once the platform decision is made, when will the required test equipment be available?
